Norma smoked over a pack of cigarettes a day for almost 50 years. Her breathing struggles, she's coughing constantly, and she has difficulty walking up even slight hills. She tried several times to stop smoking before. However, each time she tried, when she faced a stressful situation, she returned to her habit.
Sam panics when he drives over bridges. His muscles brace up and his breathing strains and his thoughts race by. He avoids driving over bridges whenever he can.
Linda has anxiety about speaking her opinion to others. She worries about what others think of her if she says the wrong thing, and so she shies away from telling people how she feels and what she knows. Business meetings and social outings are consistently difficult for her. She feels unheard at work, and worries about going out to new places with her friends.
Tom is quietly at war with his sister. He disapproves of everything she does, and resents the support she gives him. He disapproves of her religion, her parenting, and her attitude. He hates how it feels even to speak with her, and distances himself from her whenever possible.

These four real people faced the same difficulties we all face. Stuck in our unexamined thoughts, we suffer with stress, fear, anxiety, and anger. Not knowing of any other way to see the world, we fall into habits that rob us of our peace and well-being.
Heart Hypnotherapy teaches powerful techniques to let go of stressful thoughts and find freedom from unhelpful habits. Through practice of the techniques, we learn to experience the world in a completely new way.
Freedom
Heart Hypnotherapy helped each of these four people achieve breakthroughs they never thought possible. Using simple and pleasurable techniques, they could relieve their stress and break their old patterns of thinking. Despite their different backgrounds, ages, races, and employments, each of them worked to find a way of centering themselves to accomodate their individual situation.
Norma learned to center herself with breathing and visualization to help her relax and redirect her thoughts. Three days after her first appointment, she smoked her last cigarette. "It helped tremendously. It has helped with my thinking, it took my mind off of cigarettes. I did the technique constantly, it's so helpful to me, even after I was not smoking anymore."
Sam practiced the centering technique as well, and faced his fear of bridges head on. "I chose to drive back & forth over the Key Bridge just to see how the technique would work, and it was truly amazing. I was a little nervous just before going on to the bridge. Then while practicing the centering technique, it just chilled me out. On the return trip, it was like driving on any other road surface. It worked very well for the issues I was experiencing."
Linda used a technique to question her thoughts about her fears of speaking in public. She let go of the stressful stories that kept her suffering. Within a week, she found that she could speak much more openly in what used to be for her very stressful situations. "I was able to have a clearer perception of my situation and how to act without baggage or emotion skewing that perception. I am able to recognize when I might be falling for one of my "stories" or negative thought patterns and can immediately address it internally before I allow it to take hold."
Tom questioned his thoughts as well. He looked honestly at what was happening with his family situation, and began to understand how he himself could find more peace with his family and within himself. "The freedom I was left with was unspeakable and my relationship with every member of my family since that time has done a 180. I no longer blame my family for ANY of my suffering. It allowed me to see that my suffering was caused by what I myself was not giving or hadn't given in the past or present. I am 44 years old and until that point I was absolutely certain that my family had been "doing things to me" when in reality I was the one "doing things to them." My sessions with you uncovered the love within me that had never left that I was denying myself. I would encourage anyone who has personal challenges that are causing them to suffer to drop whatever they are presently doing and pick up the phone and immediately make an appointment to see you."
The Center for Heart Hypnotherapy teaches these techniques to all who seek a greater peace, a greater relaxation, and a greater happiness in life.
