Yes! Heart Hypnotherapy has been offered in class formats at corporate training seminars, college classes, elementary schools, homeless shelters and correctional institutions. The course will be tailored to meet your specific needs.

How come I've never heard of Heart Hypnotherapy before?

Heart Hypnotherapy is a special process which was begun in 2006.   It was designed by combining the very best and most effective of several different therapeutic techniques.   These techniques have been studied, and have been proven to be effective in helping people to feel happier and less stressed.  

How many session will I have to attend ?

Every individual and every situation are unique. Most people commit to 6 sessions to realize the full benefits.

Will I be out of control at any time?

You will be in complete control of the process at all times.   You, in fact, will be directing the process and will be the sole determiner of what happens with it.   The Heart Hypnotherapist merely teaches a series of techniques that you will be practicing on your own.   You are encouraged to share your experiences with the techniques, but will be at liberty to say or not say whatever you wish.

How much do I have to practice the Heart Hypnotherapy techniques in order to benefit?

The initial commitment is for twice a day, 5 minutes each time.   You will find that these techniques are effective and powerful, and you will want to use them in order to feel better throughout your day.   As your experience with the techniques deepens and you realize the benefits, further techniques will be introduced to enhance the effects.

I believe/ I was told/ I know from the past that I am not hypnotizeable.   Can I still use the techniques?

Because hypnosis is a normal, natural state of mind, everyone can enter into hypnosis, and anyone can be hypnotized. Some people resist the process because of a lack of trust, or a lack of willingness. If you truly wish to benefit from Hypnosis, there are many ways that we can teach you to get the most from the sessions.
